Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary based on location, but most orders within the U.S. arrive within 3-7 business days.

Shipping Rates:

• Standard shipping: calculated at checkout
• Expedited shipping: upon request via contact form.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of matcha, we do not accept returns on opened products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund as needed.

If you need to cancel or modify an order before it has shipped, please reach out as soon as possible. Once shipped, we cannot change the order.
