🍁 Walking Through Change — A Mindful Autumn Reflection
Share
There’s something poetic about walking through the falling leaves — the way the air cools, the colors deepen, and time itself seems to slow down. I know I have mentioned this phrase in the latest post, but I am still obsessed: 諸行無常 (shogyō mujō), meaning all things are transient. It reminds us that EVERYTHING — joy, sorrow, success, even the seasons — is always in motion.
A 45-minute walk, according to multiple peer-reviewed studies, can lift your mood, reduce anxiety, and spark creativity. I’ve found that when I pair that walk with tea, it becomes something more — a meditation in motion.
So this week, I invite you to step outside, take a breath, and really see the world around you. Let the rustle of leaves remind you that change is beautiful, and that peace comes from moving with it, not against it. 🌾
