🎄 A Cozy Holiday Treat: From-Scratch Jyoraku Matcha Pudding (Easy No-Bake Recipe)
Share
There’s something magical about the holiday season — soft lights, warm kitchens, and the joy of sharing good food with people you love. This year, that magic arrived in the form of a homemade Jyoraku Matcha Pudding.
I went to a friend’s home for dinner, expecting a simple meal, and instead was met with the most elegant dessert surprise. She had made matcha pudding completely from scratch, using a forgotten tin of Jyoraku Matcha she found in her pantry. Even though it had oxidized a bit, it still transformed into something silky, creamy, and beautifully balanced — subtly sweet with that deep, earthy matcha warmth.
And the best part?
This dessert requires no baking, only a few ingredients, and just minutes to prepare. It’s the perfect Christmas treat to make at home, especially if you’re craving something unique, comforting, and elevated.
Below is the complete step-by-step recipe so you can bring a little holiday matcha magic into your own kitchen. 🎄💚
