An Afternoon with Flowering Waters — A Japanese Tea Experience at Cedar + Elm

Join us on Tuesday, October 21 at 2:30 PM at Cedar + Elm for a sensory journey through the heart of Japanese tea culture. Guided by Nicole Levy, founder of Flowering Waters, guests will explore 4–5 teas — from Kuki-Matcha and Genmai-Matcha to Jyoraku ceremonial matcha — each presented with care and reverence.

Paired thoughtfully with confections by Chef Toru Masai, this intimate tasting invites guests to slow down and savor beauty in the everyday. Nicole, a lifelong student of tea and daughter of a tea family, brings the warmth of tradition and a modern mindfulness to each pour.
