Brewing My Favorite Sencha for Family Moments

Some teas just speak to your soul.
For me, that tea is the deep-steamed Fukamushi Sencha from Sansuien, a 120-year-old tea company in Kumamoto Prefecture.

There’s something about this tea…
Perhaps it’s the pristine spring water or the region’s perfect tea-growing climate.
Or maybe it’s the generations of skill behind every leaf.

Whatever the reason — this tea is so dang good — umami-rich, lightly sweet, and endlessly drinkable.

Today I brewed it for my mother and father — a small ritual of love and gratitude.
Because some moments are too precious not to share over a good cup of tea. 🍵✨
