This week, I switched up my tea ritual and went into my friend’s backyard, where we harvested her homegrown rhubarb and turned it into a vibrant, tangy-sweet syrup. The process was simple, sensory, and soul-nourishing.

Simple Rhubarb Syrup Recipe:
1️⃣3 cups chopped rhubarb
2️⃣1 cup sugar
Simply rinse rhubarb in cold water, then strain and mix 1 cup sugar in a bowl. Strain, and collect the syrup!
