Kuki-Matcha in Bloom: Finding Beauty in the Small Moments 🌾🍵

Kuki-Matcha in Bloom: Finding Beauty in the Small Moments 🌾🍵

Some moments just ask you to slow down — the golden hum of fall, flowers gently swaying, and a couple cups of Kuki-Matcha in hand.

This countryside tea time reminded me that life’s true beauty often hides in the small things: the warmth of the cup, the scent of brewed stems, the pause before the next sip.

💚 Is tea your love language too?

An intimate Japanese tea experience with Chef Toru Masai — exploring flavor, stillness, and seasonal harmony.

How to Brew Kukicha:
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 ounces of water, heated to 175–180°F (79–82°C).
Steep for 60–90 seconds to avoid bitterness. Kukicha is wonderfully forgiving — re-infuse it several times with shorter steeps, and watch the flavor evolve with each pour 🍃

Because every cup, like every moment, deserves to be savored slowly.
