When things feel hard, return to something grounding.

When life feels heavy, scattered, or uncertain, grounding yourself doesn’t need to be elaborate.

For me, tea has always been that gentle return — a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the present. The warmth of the cup, the slow preparation, the intentional stillness — it all serves as a reminder that peace is something we can practice, even in small ways.

I’m deeply grateful for tea as a ritual, a teacher, and a quiet companion through it all.
