Loose-Leaf Tea — Traditional Brew (Kuki-Matcha)
Old School Brew Method
A slower, more intentional approach.
Balanced pours, layered flavor, multiple infusions.
Also beautiful with genmai-matcha.
STEP 1: Pour hot water into your cups first.

STEP 2: Measure ~1 heaping tablespoon of leaves into your teapot.

STEP 3: Transfer hot water into the teapot. *This gently brings the water to ~165–175°F (60–70°C).

STEP 4: Allow the leaves to steep for 40–60 seconds.

STEP 5: Pour evenly between cups, alternating back and forth to balance flavor. Finish with the last drops — this is where the depth lives.

STEP 6: Re-steep 2–3 times. Use hotter water and shorter steep time between intervals...Each infusion softens, opens, and reveals something new.

BE PEACEFUL...♡
